SHIPPING POLICY.
Please allow for 7 days to fulfil your order and an additional 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Please note, if you purchase during a pre-order, shipping times will differ and will likely take 4-8 weeks to be shipped. This is a general baseline, not an official shipping deadline.

Lost in the mail Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that get lost at shipping or stolen packages. However, if something goes wrong during the shipping process, please contact us at (info@yarikstore.com) and we will do our best to help.

 For any digital products, they should be delivered to your attached email. If you don't receive any documents within the next hour, check your junk mail. If you still haven't received anything then contact us at (info@yarikstore.com).


RETURN & EXCHANGES (SWITZERLAND ORDERS)

Please note that for orders shipped to Switzerland, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Why?

Due to Swiss customs and European tax regulations, returned items are subject to import duties and additional fees when re-entering our system. Unfortunately, this means that every return generates significant costs and taxes, making it unfeasible for us to process returns or exchanges from Switzerland.

What does this mean for you?

All sales are final for Switzerland orders.

Please double-check sizing and product details before completing your purchase. 

If you have any questions about sizing, materials, or styling, our team is happy to assist you in advance to ensure the right fit.

Exceptions

We will, of course, honor refunds/replacements if your item arrives damaged or defective. In this case, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the product and packaging.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns & Refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (processing time may vary depending on your bank).

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you’d like a different size or product, simply contact us and we’ll help you arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as underwear, swimwear, or final sale items) cannot be returned or exchanged. These will always be clearly marked at checkout.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

Please email us at [Info@yarikstore.com]with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Our team will provide the return instructions.

Damages and issues *please thoroughly inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or it you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the Issue. (Please note that you might receive an item that is purposely ripped, teared, worn out and/or other distressing methods)


Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and/or personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

PLEASE NOTE. We do not accept ANY refunds on digital products. If you made a mistake while purchasing contact us at (info@yarikstore.com) and we will do our best to help. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Accepted refunds If your refund request is accepted. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at (info@yarikstore.com).
